Abdulai Kamara, motivational speaker

Abdulai Kamara is a motivational speaker, life coach and thought leader, and the CEO of AK Motivation & Consultancy Ltd. He was born in Susan's Bay, a community in Freetown, Sierra Leone, to parents who were petty traders, and was later adopted and raised in a children's home.

Despite earning two master's degrees, Abdulai spent ten years unemployed, facing rejection and seasons of homelessness. Those years led him to the calling he'd carried since childhood. Since 2015 he has spoken in schools, communities, provinces and on radio across Sierra Leone, and trained young people in job readiness and resilience.

A member of Les Brown's Hungry to Speak family, Abdulai is mentored by Les Brown and was a featured speaker at The Les Brown Experience: Hungry for Greatness virtual summits in July and August 2026, alongside Les Brown and Les Brown Jr., and a special guest on the Don't Stop, Won't Stop Global Show with Dr. Donald D. Toldson, Sr. He holds an MSc in Educational Leadership from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone, where the Gender Equity Society recognized him in 2026 for advancing gender equity. He created the Clarity Purpose Path™, a four-stage method (Purpose, Awaken, Transform, High-Impact Action) that helps young professionals and organizations move from success to significance. His message: purpose does not care where you come from; it cares what you come for.
